Careco Australia is an Australian family owned and operated company and committed to long term relationships with both suppliers and customers in order to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. All members of staff share this commitment to and responsibility for quality.

DELIVERY of your order.
We aim to have delivered your order within 10 days from the date of your order. Items will be delivered to the address provided when placing the order and you will need to sign for the delivery to satisfy our insurance conditions. Occasionally certain locations may be impractical and we may ask you for an alternative address or to arrange for you to pick- up the consignment from the nearest depot.

Free delivery for orders over $250 excluding GST for Metro area, exceptions may apply to remote locations.

Minimum Order Value

Our minimum order value is $100 excluding GST.

All prices exclude 10% GST unless otherwise stated.

30 day terms are offered to account customers. A statement will be issued to those customers that have an outstanding balance at the end of each month.
For non-account customers (cash sale customers) payment is required prior to the despatch of the order from our warehouse.

Returns & Credits
The return of incorrect or faulty product will be accepted and replaced. The cost of the return of these goods will be at the expense of Careco Australia Pty Ltd.

The return of product where the customer has ordered incorrectly or has changed their mind, may be accepted at the discretion of Careco Australia Pty Ltd.

The cost of the return of the product(s) will be at the expense of the customer. A $25.00 restocking will apply.
